  This is a wonderful hotel. It's beautiful, quiet, luxurious, and clean. The beds are to die for! I've stayed here several times and the staff have never been anything but polite and helpful.

  I come thou asheville a-lot, and I stay at hotels in asheville most of the time when I come thou. I will never in my life stay at this hotel again. The price was very high, and the staff and rooms didn't make up for the price.

  Noisy and dirty

  Even though construction is going on you would hope that they would minimize the noise and dirt. Didn't happen here and we could not believe that it was still noisy at 11:00. At to that the pool parties that management did not do…
